E.ON Power Plants Belgium bvba in Mechelen seeks a Technical Project Manager Energy Generation (f/m/d). Lead large-scale on-site energy projects from planning to start-up, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Serve as the technical interface between clients, contractors and internal teams in DBOO projects. Manage schedules, budgets, risks and change controls, ensure regulatory, environmental and HSE compliance, and deliver handover to Operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related field.
• Senior-level experience in technical project management in energy/power/industrial infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale energy projects with EPC/multi-lot execution.
• PM certification (PMP/IPMA/PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Experience with permitting in Belgium and/or the Netherlands is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Dutch (C2) and English (C1); other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site as project phases require.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage delivery of large-scale on-site energy generation projects from planning to start-up.
• Act as technical interface between clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders (DBOO).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and interfaces with development, commercial, procurement and legal.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, environmental requirements and HSE policies.
• Review and approve technical specs and contractor deliverables through handover to Operations & Maintenance.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews and stakeholder communications.
