E.ON Power Plants Belgium bvba seeks a Technical Project Manager Energy Generation to lead and deliver large-scale on-site energy projects from planning to start-up. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities while interfacing with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a master’s in a technical discipline, senior PM experience in energy, and PMP/IPMA/PRINCE2 exposure. Belgian/Netherlands permitting familiarity and language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Senior-level experience in technical project management within energy, power generation, or industrial infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale energy generation projects with EPC or multi-lot execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage delivery of large-scale on-site energy generation projects, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Act as the primary technical project interface between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in DBOO projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage interfaces with project development, commercial, procurement, and legal functions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, environmental requirements, and HSE policies.
• Review and approve technical specifications, engineering deliverables, and contractor documentation through handover to Operations & Maintenance.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications.
