Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead multiple IT initiatives in a complex tech environment. You will guide cross-functional teams across software, infrastructure, system integration, and DevOps to deliver secure, reliable, and sustainable digital solutions.

You will align technical delivery with strategic objectives, provide architectural guidance, and support governance bodies to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Several years of software development with proven leadership or programme management.
Experience in regulated/public-sector environments is a plus.
Strong ability to translate complex tech concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple IT initiatives.
Coordinate priorities, planning, progress tracking and reporting across projects.
Provide technical guidance on software architecture, infrastructure, and CI/CD practices.
Support governance and steering committees in technical and managerial decisions.
Oversee maintenance and migration of legacy desktop applications.
Coordinate migration and integration of functionalities across systems.
Guide development of modern web applications (backend and frontend) with testing and source control.
Coordinate infrastructure, networking, storage, and deployment activities for end-to-end delivery.
Promote Agile methodologies and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
