Randstad Deutschland is assisting a client in the Mechelen region, Belgium, to fill a leadership role in Technical Customer Service and Inside Sales. You will oversee day-to-day internal sales operations and act as the main bridge between customers, production, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Technical Sales Support, Internal Sales, or Sales Administration.
• Experience in coordinating or supervisory capacity is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and French; good conversation level in English is essential.
• High technical aptitude; experience with technical drawing software and ERP systems is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership & Coordination: Guide, coach, and support a team of four specialists, managing workloads, priorities, and process improvements.
• Quotation Management: Oversee the complete end-to-end quotation process, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy before submission.
• Technical Project Support: Translate customer specifications into technical solutions, create drawings using specialized software, and build accurate bills of materials (BOM).
• Order Processing & Operations: Coordinate orders directly with the manufacturing facility, monitoring lead times, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Customer Advisory: Act as a key contact for technical and commercial inquiries, building long-term relationships with clients.
