BESTMIX Software is seeking a Technical Delivery Support Coordinator to act as the link between customers and our Customer Service department. The role requires IT affinity, analytical thinking, and a proactive, autonomous mindset.

You will join an international team from our Maldegem or Veenendaal offices. You will coordinate ticket management, assess bug applicability, monitor time on tickets, and manage change requests.

Qualifications

• IT affinity and analytical mindset to work on quality IT solutions.
• Customer-oriented approach in internal and international context.
• Experience with ERP software and ticket management processes.
• Proficient in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor the ticket management system.
• Determine applicability of bug fixes to tickets.
• Monitor time spent on tickets and manage change requests.
• Ensure smooth handover from implementation to customer support.
• Organize periodic support management meetings with customers.
• Schedule and monitor periodic updates/releases.

As Technical Delivery Support Coordinator you are the intermediate between the customer and our Customer Service department.

You will work from our headquarters in Maldegem, Belgium or our office in Veenendaal, the Netherlands.

Key responsabilities

• You are the coordinator/monitor to follow up the ticket management system.
• You decide whether the rule of bugs in the ticket is applying to the ticket
• You monitor the amount of time spent on a ticket
• You are managing the change requests.
• You are responsible for the handover of a implementation project from the implementation team to the customer support.
• You organize periodic support management meetings with customers to follow up the outstanding tickets.
• You schedule, organize and monitor the periodic updates/releases.
• You are part of aninternational and dynamic team which you support
