Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Technical Assistance Expert to provide technical and analytical support for IT systems, databases and digital solutions. You will focus on system improvement and translating business requirements into practical solutions.

You will analyse data, prepare reports and dashboards, support testing and UAT, and collaborate with IT, policy, legal and business stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT systems, databases, data analytics or policy analysis.
• Experience with databases, data analysis and reporting, ideally in public-sector or regulatory environments.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Ability to translate technical and policy requirements into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• English is essential; French is a plus.
