Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Technical Assistance Expert to provide technical and analytical support for IT systems, databases and digital solutions, focusing on system improvement and business requirements. You will analyse data, extract insights, gather user needs, and translate requirements into practical solutions.

The role requires a university degree in IT-related fields and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including data analytics and policy analysis.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT systems, databases, data analytics or policy analysis.
• Experience working with databases, data analysis and reporting, preferably in a public-sector or regulatory environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Ability to translate technical and policy requirements into practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Experience working with EU institutions, agencies or international organisations and/or regulatory systems is an advantage.
