Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Technical Assistance Expert to provide technical and analytical support for IT systems, databases and digital solutions. You will focus on system improvement, gather business requirements, and translate them into practical technical recommendations.

Key tasks include data extraction and reporting, dashboard creation, UAT support, and assessing regulatory impacts on IT processes. Excellent English and experience with EU institutions are valued attributes.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT systems, databases, data analytics or policy analysis.
• Experience working with databases, data analysis and reporting, preferably in a public-sector or regulatory environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Ability to translate technical and policy requirements into practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Experience working with EU institutions, agencies or international organisations and/or regulatory systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités
