AI-BLOX in Brussels is seeking a hands-on assembler to join our growing hardware team. You will assemble devices, prepare materials, and support testing and inventory tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role requires practical mindset, ability to lift, good English communication, and willingness to work full-time at our Brussels office, starting in October. You will organize workspace, handle tools safely, and collaborate with engineering and operations to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to assembling technical or electromechanical products.
• Comfortable handling tools, hardware components and production materials.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assemble AI-Blox devices under supervision.
• Support device testing and validation activities led by engineering.
• Prepare materials and components for assembly, including warehouse picks.
• Perform inventory counting and stock-taking to keep records accurate.
• Organize, clean and optimize warehouse space for efficiency.
• Inspect assembled units and components for quality and completeness.
• Handle materials, tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assist operations with general production and logistics tasks.

How you'll make an impact:

• Assemble AI-Blox devices under the supervision and guidance of the engineering team
• Support device testing and validation activities led by the engineering team
• Prepare materials and components for assembly activities, including picking items from the warehouse to supply workstations
• Perform inventory counting and stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize, clean and optimize warehouse spaces to improve efficiency and accessibility
• Inspect assembled units and components to ensure quality and completeness
• Handle materials, tools and equipment safely and responsibly
• Assist the operations team with general production and logistics-related tasks as needed
