AI-Blox in Brussels is seeking a medior/senior hardware engineer to design and develop PCBs for edge AI applications. You will integrate NVIDIA Jetson GPUs, cameras, radar, and LiDAR sensors, and automate hardware testing protocols.

The role involves shaping our hardware roadmap, collaborating with production partners, and supporting certifications while staying current with AI hardware advances. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware development experience.
• Proficiency in digital design and PCB development using Altium Designer.
• Experience in selection, integration and validation of electronic components.
• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Your Mission

How you'll make an impact:

• Collaborate on the development and execution of our hardware product roadmap
• Design and develop PCBs for edge AI applications
• Integrate technologies such as NVIDIA Jetson GPUs, camera modules, radar, and LiDAR sensors
• Automate and scale hardware testing protocols
• Support certification processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Work closely with production partners to ensure seamless manufacturing
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI hardware technologies

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience in hardware development (medior/senior level)
• Proficiency in digital design and PCB development using tools like Altium Designer
• Solid experience in the selection, integration and validation of electronic components
• A Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Ability to provide expert advice to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-driven, able to work autonomously, and excited to tackle new challenges
• Available to work on-site at our office in the heart of Brussels (10 min walk from Brussels Central station)
