AI-Blox is seeking an experienced hardware engineer to help shape the future of Physical AI hardware. You’ll design, develop, and validate PCBs for edge AI applications, integrating Jetson GPUs, cameras, radar, and LiDAR sensors.

The role involves collaborating on the hardware roadmap, automating tests, supporting certifications, and working with production partners to ensure manufacturing excellence. Fluency in English and a Master’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware development experience (medior/senior).
• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on the hardware product roadmap development and execution.
• Design and develop PCBs for edge AI applications.
• Integrate NVIDIA Jetson GPUs, camera modules, radar, and LiDAR sensors.
• Automate and scale hardware testing protocols.
• Support certification processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with production partners to ensure smooth manufacturing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI hardware advancements.

Your Mission

How you'll make an impact:

• Collaborate on the development and execution of our hardware product roadmap
• Design and develop PCBs for edge AI applications
• Integrate technologies such as NVIDIA Jetson GPUs, camera modules, radar, and LiDAR sensors
• Automate and scale hardware testing protocols
• Support certification processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Work closely with production partners to ensure seamless manufacturing
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI hardware technologies

Requirements

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience in hardware development (medior/senior level)
• Proficiency in digital design and PCB development using tools like Altium Designer
• Solid experience in the selection, integration and validation of electronic components
• A Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Ability to provide expert advice to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-driven, able to work autonomously, and excited to tackle new challenges
• Available to work on-site at our office in the heart of Brussels (10 min walk from Brussels Central station)
