AI-Blox in Brussels is seeking a senior hardware engineer to join our edge AI hardware team. You will shape the hardware product roadmap, design PCBs, and integrate NVIDIA Jetson GPUs, sensors, and other components for real-time AI applications.

You will collaborate with production partners, automate testing, and support certifications while staying current with advancements in AI hardware. On-site at our Brussels office, you will lead and mentor others as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware development experience (medior/senior level).
• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• On-site work at Brussels office (near Brussels Central).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on the development and execution of our hardware product roadmap.
• Design and develop PCBs for edge AI applications.
• Integrate technologies such as NVIDIA Jetson GPUs, camera modules, radar, and LiDAR sensors.
• Automate and scale hardware testing protocols.
• Support certification processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work closely with production partners to ensure seamless manufacturing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI hardware technologies.

Your Mission

• Collaborate on the development and execution of our hardware product roadmap
• Design and develop PCBs for edge AI applications
• Integrate technologies such as NVIDIA Jetson GPUs, camera modules, radar, and LiDAR sensors
• Automate and scale hardware testing protocols
• Support certification processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Work closely with production partners to ensure seamless manufacturing
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI hardware technologies

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience in hardware development (medior/senior level)
• Proficiency in digital design and PCB development using tools like Altium Designer
• Solid experience in the selection, integration and validation of electronic components
• A Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Ability to provide expert advice to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-driven, able to work autonomously, and excited to tackle new challenges
• Available to work on-site at our office in the heart of Brussels (10 min walk from Brussels Central station)
