World Aquatics is seeking a professional to support the Higher Education Initiative (HEI). You will curate and publish project results, ensure quality, and help share best practices across Europe, connecting universities, research institutions and innovation ecosystems.

You will work closely with the Project Officer to grow 28DIGITAL's community of Technology Transfer Offices, identify collaboration opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships between research institutions and the broader

Qualifications

• Postgraduate, STEM / International relations / Communication preferred, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in grant management of innovation projects.
• At least 2 years of proven project management experience in the implementation of projects funded by EC Programmes (Horizon, Digital Europe, ERASMUS+, COSME, etc.).
• Track record in content creation tasks, being able to demonstrate high quality of produced material.
• Knowledge of project administrative and financial aspects.
• Knowledge of IT tools supporting project management.
