Capgemini in Diegem, Belgium is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT and digital roles. You will work with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to attract, assess, and hire top tech talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies, and interview coordination with cross-functional teams. Dutch/French language skills are desirable in this Belgian market.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, IT recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Data Engineers/Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Specialists, Solution Architects, and SAP Consultants.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and consulting positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical skills and future hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical and business interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
