CBTW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Belgium to partner with hiring managers and craft effective recruitment strategies. You will source and attract top IT talent, interview candidates for skills and culture fit, and present offers with negotiations.

You will also coordinate interview processes and support contract signatures, while contributing to employer branding efforts. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Management, HR or Psychology, speak fluent English, and bring

• Master's degree in Management, HR or Psychology.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in IT.
• Interest in technology and innovation.
• Strong interpersonal and people-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define hiring strategy.
• Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and direct approaches.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, motivation and cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates and advise hiring managers through the process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare offers and support contract signatures; participate in employer branding initiatives.
