Jobat is seeking a recruitment professional based in Liège to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, draft job descriptions, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

This role involves acting as an advisor to hiring managers and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Representing the company at career events and employer branding activities is also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment lifecycle management.
• Strong communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs definition to contract signature.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across appropriate channels.
• Identify, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and relevant assessment methods.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and related projects.
• Represent the company at career events, networking initiatives, and employer branding activities.
