The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for IT roles, and possesses excellent communication skills in English and French. Familiarity with ATS tools like SmartRecruiters is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English & French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage.
• Responsible for internal and external hires.
