Econocom Belgium is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across our IT products, services and hardware solutions. You will work primarily from the office using phone, email, and digital channels to engage customers and prospects, develop new business, and contribute to commercial success.

You will build relationships, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver compelling offers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and French with a good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience, or comparable commercial background.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers and prospects.
• Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities via phone, email and digital channels.
• Drive outbound prospecting to expand the customer base.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
• Present and follow up on commercial proposals and tenders.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate customer offers.
• Maintain CRM pipeline updates and sales administration.
