As an HRBP focused on recruitment, you will attract and place top engineering, software, embedded systems and IT talent, working closely with HRBPs and business managers to optimize recruitment processes.

You will engage in HR-related projects and mentorship initiatives, leveraging a master's degree and up to four years of experience, while communicating fluently in Dutch, English and/or

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• First experience in recruitment is preferred.
• Maximum 4 years of experience.
• Interest in HR related projects like mentorship, Young Graduate program, etc.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Recruit top-notch engineering, software, embedded systems and IT profiles.
• Collaborate with fellow HRBPs and business managers/directors.
• Contribute to HR-related projects and programs.
