TMC Belgium is seeking an HRBP focused on recruiting top engineering, software, embedded systems and IT profiles. You will collaborate with the HRBP team and business leaders to source, screen and place talent while engaging in several HR projects.

As part of the TMC family, you will contribute to mentorship initiatives and programs for graduates, while operating from the Zaventem office and shaping our high-tech recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Up to 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and/or French.

Responsabilités

You work closely with a team of fellow HRBP's and the best business managers and directors. Next to recruitment, you will have the chance to work on several interesting HR related projects.

What we expect from you

• You have a master's degree
• You ideally have a first experience in recruitment
• Maximum 4 years of experience
• You are interested in HR related projects like mentorship, Young Graduate program etc.
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and/or French
• You can work from our Zaventem office
