TMC Belgium is seeking an HRBP focused on recruiting top engineering, software, embedded systems and IT profiles. You will collaborate with the HRBP team and business leaders to source, screen and place talent while engaging in several HR projects.

As part of the TMC family, you will contribute to mentorship initiatives and programs for graduates, while operating from the Zaventem office and shaping our high-tech recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Up to 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Recruit top notch engineering, software, embedded systems and IT profiles.
• Collaborate with other HRBPs and business managers.
• Contribute to HR projects such as mentorship and Young Graduate program.
