CBTW in Brussels is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment and candidate experience across IT roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, and assess fit and motivation.

You will coordinate interviews, share constructive feedback, prepare offers, and support contract signatures. You’ll help elevate employer branding, participate in job fairs, and collaborate with the TA team to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR, Management or Psychology is required.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in IT.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, people-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define the best hiring strategy.
Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct approaches.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
Present shortlisted candidates and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Provide feedback after each stage of the process and prepare offers.
Support contract signatures and negotiations.
Represent CBTW during job fairs and employer branding initiatives.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on internal improvements.
