Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management, HR or Psychology.
• Fluent English spoken.
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in IT.
• Interest and curiosity in technology and innovation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude: take initiative and ownership.
• Goal- and people-oriented mindset; aligns with company values.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define the best hiring strategy.
• Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct approaches.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Prepare offers, manage negotiations, and support contract signature processes.
• Represent CBTW at job fairs, networking events and employer branding initiatives.
