V-IT NV is seeking a Senior Tech Lead for CRM Dynamics in Brussels to steer technical delivery within the Sales & Marketing domain. You will lead solution design, ensure scalable architectures, and coordinate with an Agile Release Train of analysts, PO, architects, and developers.

The role requires hands-on CRM Dynamics expertise, strong architecture and team leadership skills, and fluent Dutch and French communication at business level.

Senior Tech Lead – CRM Dynamics (Sales & Marketing)

Location: Brussels

Project Duration: ASAP until 30/10 (extendable)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and solution design for the CRM platform within the Sales and Marketing domain.
• Coordinate technical delivery and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate within an Agile Release Train (ART) with Functional Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, and other technical teams.
• Translate business requirements and functional designs into robust technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience with similar projects.
• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French, both spoken and written at a business level.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Strong hands‑on technical expertise in CRM Dynamics.
• Solution architecture and team leadership skills.
