The role requires strong Dynamics 365 CRM experience, hands-on Customer Service expertise, and the ability to engage with stakeholders.

Our client, a leading logistics organisation in Brussels, is seeking a Freelance Functional Analyst to support the optimisation of its Contact Centre operations and the ongoing migration from Siebel CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, helping translate requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions while driving process improvements across customer service functions.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Functional Analyst experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Ability to support and challenge business stakeholders
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and functional design
• CRM migration experience (Siebel to Dynamics is a strong advantage)
• Freelance contract until end of 2026
• Brussels based
• Hybrid model: 2 days onsite per week
• French or Dutch preferred (English required)
