FMA Services in Mortsel is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. This hybrid role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational projects across petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors.

You will source, screen, and coordinate applicants, manage the application process, and build a qualified candidate pool. Dutch and English proficiency is required, with a Bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Management, or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in technical, industrial, or project-driven environments.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.

Responsabilités

• Draft and post vacancies on website, boards, and social media.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone and in-person intake interviews.
• Coordinate the end-to-end application process from contact to offer.
• Monitor candidate influx for current and upcoming projects with project management.
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates within E&I, construction, and pre-commissioning.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Report progress on open vacancies to management.
