HR-Technologies is seeking an operational Team Lead Collections in Belgium to manage and coach the credit collection team in daily tasks while actively contributing to the collections process.

You will monitor process quality, drive improvements, and analyse payment behavior to improve KPIs such as DSO and ageing. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and Finance is essential to ensure smooth handling of cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Collections, Credit Control or similar financial role.
• Management experience or ambition to advance.
• Hands-on mindset; willing to roll up sleeves and work with the team.
• Strong communication, customer focus, and decisiveness.
• Analytical with KPI and process-improvement affinity.
• Structured thinker who motivates people; Dutch, French and English are required; German is a plus.

As a operational Team Lead Collections, you are not only responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, but you also actively participate in the operational debt collection process. You are the point of contact for complex cases, monitor the quality of follow‑up and ensure that the team works with focus and energy every day. You combine leadership with a hands‑on mentality and contribute directly to improving cash flow and customer relations.
