Louis Vuitton Services Europe is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead a team of Client Advisors within our Client Service Center. You will coach, develop, and align the team with LV’s high standards across calls and digital channels.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in customer service, luxury retail experience, and strong English communication with flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium brands preferred.
• Strong English communication; additional languages a plus.

• Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional service.
• Coach and develop team members with action plans and feedback.
• Analyze sales trends and client feedback to shape strategies.
• Oversee quality across calls and digital channels to uphold standards.
