Voi in Belgium is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead who splits time between repair tasks and leadership duties, ensuring smooth operations for our fleet of scooters. You will oversee logistics, quality control, team management, talent development, and planning with site managers to optimize shifts.

This role requires a valid driving license, fluency in English and French, scooter repair experience, and a proactive ownership mindset.

• Oversee repair tasks and logistics for new vehicles.
• Uphold quality standards by identifying and rectifying damaged vehicles.
• Manage the Fleet Specialists team, ensuring tasks are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Interview, train, and nurture a team environment to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with site managers to optimize shift planning and execution.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Fleet Specialist Team Lead, you will divide your time between repairtasks (80%) and managerial tasks (20%), eg. hiring, training and following up on performance, for our team of Fleet Specialists. This will include:

• Logistics: Supporting and collaborating with the team on receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles

• Upholding Quality Standards: Collaborating closely with the team to identify and rectify damaged vehicles in the best possible way.

• Team Management: Oversee your team's activities, ensuring tasks are conducted safely and efficiently, and work proactively to cultivate team performance and enhance processes to meet set expectations

• Cultivating Talent: Interview, train, and nurture a team environment that ensures year-round operational success, in line with set performance targets

• Synergistic Planning: Collaborating with site managers to optimize work schedules, ensure efficient shift planning and execution
