YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Fleet Manager (Benelux), you'll take ownership of Voi's warehouse and fleet operations across Belgium and the Netherlands. In this role you'll manage the team that ensures vehicles are available for riders through in-house repairs, active collaboration with our partners, and continuous improvement of our processes to ensure operational efficiency and continued scale-up of the fleet in the region. This will include:

• Managing the in-field and warehouse operations team across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Contributing to 3PL sourcing and negotiation, and managing day-to-day 3PL performance and relationships locally.
• Owning fleet and asset management, from vehicle availability and maintenance to spare part and battery inventory.
• Driving continuous improvement across warehouse and fleet operations, monitoring KPIs and turning data into actionable process changes.
• Leading recruitment and development for your team, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to keep the team resourced and ramped in line with demand.
• Collaborating with Operations Strategy, Market Development and Public Policy to align fleet operations with wider market goals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We're looking for someone with strong process and analytical instincts to set structure and build clear connections to our central teams, and has the ability to prioritise and manage teams confidently across multiple sites. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, production, consulting or similar, including experience managing a team.
• Professionally fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Experience managing and being accountable for a budget.
• Experience working across multiple sites, with the judgement to balance priorities between them.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other teams to achieve your own goals.
• Experience planning and structuring shifts.
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality.
