Voi Technology is hiring a Fleet Manager (Benelux) to own warehouse and fleet operations across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will lead the in-field and warehouse teams, ensure vehicle availability through repairs, and drive scalable, data‑driven processes.

This role includes managing 3PL relationships, asset management, recruitment, and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and central teams to align with broader market goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, production, consulting or similar, including experience managing a team.
• Professionally fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Experience managing and being accountable for a budget.
• Experience working across multiple sites, with the judgement to balance priorities between them.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other teams to achieve your own goals.
• Experience planning and structuring shifts.
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality.

Responsabilités

• Collaborating with Operations Strategy, Market Development and Public Policy to align fleet operations with wider market goals.

Description du poste

As Fleet Manager (Benelux), you'll take ownership of Voi's warehouse and fleet operations across Belgium and the Netherlands. In this role you'll manage the team that ensures vehicles are available for riders through in-house repairs, active collaboration with our partners, and continuous improvement of our processes to ensure operational efficiency and continued scale-up of the fleet in the region. This will include:

• Managing the in-field and warehouse operations team across Belgium and the Netherlands.
