Qargo is seeking a Team Lead to join the engineering department in Ghent, Belgium. This role combines people leadership, delivery ownership, and technical steering with real autonomy and impact.

Lead a team of engineers working on Qargo's order management and invoicing domain, shaping roadmap with Product and ensuring delivery from order entry to final invoicing. Office-first, hybrid in Ghent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team both process-wise and technically.
• Strong technical depth with ability to steer technical direction.
• Office presence in Ghent, Belgium to lead effectively.

Responsabilités

• Organize team work, plan allocation and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead technical decisions and discuss tradeoffs with credibility and impact.
• Collaborate with Product to shape the roadmap and translate it into delivery plans.
• Coach and grow team members, providing regular feedback and development guidance.
