Job summary

Infrabel in Brussels is seeking a Hybrid Senior Transport leader to steer the Operational Technology discipline. You will manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with technological standards.

You will lead the BRM OT team, define the short-/mid-/long-term OT roadmap, and ensure governance, cybersecurity and compliance across I-ICT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business/ICT interface role.
• Master's degree in management, economics, engineering or IT.
• Dutch (C2), French (C2), English (B2).
• Experience leading teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client and partner departments.
• Identify, analyze, and challenge needs; structure them into initiatives.
• Lead the short/mid/long-term OT roadmap.
• Ensure alignment with I-ICT standards and cybersecurity requirements.
• Measure satisfaction and adjust objectives as necessary.
• Structure collaboration with other BRM and I-ICT teams.
• Define governance mechanisms and consolidate results.
• Motivate, coach, and develop the team.
