Job summary

Infrabel is seeking a BRM OT lead to structure and guide the Operational Technology discipline in Belgium. You will manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with technological and cybersecurity standards.

You will collaborate with BRM and I-ICT teams to define governance and drive the OT roadmap across short, medium, and long term goals, delivering measurable results in a safety-focused railway infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business/ICT interface role.
• Master's degree preferred in management, economics, engineering, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client and partner departments.
• Identify, analyze, and challenge needs; structure them into initiatives.
• Lead the short/mid/long-term OT roadmap.
• Ensure alignment with I-ICT standards and cybersecurity requirements.
• Measure satisfaction and adjust objectives as necessary.
• Structure collaboration with other BRM and I-ICT teams.
• Define governance mechanisms and consolidate results.
