Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will lead relocation of staff and IT equipment, coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors, and ensure minimal disruption.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and risks, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with data security and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience: Proven IT project management experience; relocations preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; PM tools proficiency.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are a plus.
• Attributes: Ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities.

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee the relocation of staff and IT equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments, including IT and facilities, to ensure smooth transitions and address any concerns.
• Logistics Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of IT equipment and services.
• Compliance: Ensure all moves comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including data security and health and safety standards.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the relocation process.

Team Leadership Skills:

• Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Required Technical Skills:

• IT Infrastructure: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT equipment and systems.
• Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Documentation: Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, reports, and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in IT project management, preferably with experience in managing relocations or similar projects.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
