Gaming1 in Belgium is seeking a Talent Development Manager to design and drive talent development, learning and performance initiatives across the organization. You will partner with managers and HR Business Partners to align capability building with business goals.

You will lead leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, and people analytics to foster a high-performance culture. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for international collaboration and career

Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
Strong experience managing performance management frameworks and development programs.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Responsabilités

Define and implement Talent Development strategy aligned with business priorities.
Design and deploy learning and development programs for employees, managers and C-levels.
Identify critical competencies and future capability needs across the organization.
Build and maintain learning pathways for key functions and populations.
Measure the effectiveness of development initiatives with relevant KPIs.
Own and improve the company's performance management framework.
