Michael Page International (Belgium) Brussels office is seeking a dynamic recruitment consultant to manage a portfolio of client companies, sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent across markets. You will advise on salary benchmarks, build partnerships, and drive business growth in a target-driven, hybrid work environment.

Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French is required, with a collaborative, high-energy team culture and international career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.

• Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients within your specialist market.

• Advising clients on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent market trends.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
• Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and supporting them in their career development.
• Matching top talent with suitable opportunities.
• Negotiating offers and managing placements from start to finish.
