Gaming1 is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Lab team in Liège. You will own analytical directions, build data products, and partner with Heads of departments and data professionals to drive insights across player journeys.

You will develop dashboards and frameworks, tackle complex issues, and push AI-enabled experimentation while maintaining a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles with ownership of analytical products.
• Strong SQL and production-grade query skills.
• Experience with semantic models, DAX, dataflows and report governance.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms.
• Proficient in Python for analytics beyond SQL.
• Experience analyzing player or customer behavior data (funnels, retention, journeys).
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Proactively detecting emerging trends, value opportunities, or organizational blind spots.
• Analyzing complex issues to objectify debates with facts and accelerate decisions.
• Understanding friction behind player behavior and root causes.
• Conducting targeted explorations and PoCs (including AI) to test hypotheses.
• Designing visual, convincing deliverables (insight notes, Power BI dashboards) for decision-makers.
• Collaborating with Head Of, PM, Data Engineers & Data Scientists in your area.
