Resillion is seeking a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner – IT to join our Global People team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in Amsterdam and occasional travel to Hasselt.

You will partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategy, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while focusing on direct sourcing and inclusion across BeNeDE.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting IT/Technology roles across permanent and contractor hiring.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management with direct sourcing focus.
• In-house TA or RPO experience is a plus, with strong stakeholder engagement.

We're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner – IT to join our collaborative Global People team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in attracting and hiring the talented professionals across Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany who help deliver innovative software testing, quality assurance, and cyber security solutions to clients across the BeNeDE region and beyond.

This role will be the sole Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner – IT for the region but working closely with other Talent Acquisition professionals in both the UK and India, you'll partner with hiring managers across the business, influence recruitment strategy, and create outstanding candidate experiences while helping us scale our growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner – IT, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of technical positions, including permanent and contractor hires with a strong focus on Direct Sourcing.

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Direct Source high-quality IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and proactive direct sourcing search techniques.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practice, market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
• Support contractor recruitment while ensuring compliance with IR35 and relevant UK employment legislation.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion by embedding inclusive recruitment practices into every campaign.
• Create engaging recruitment marketing content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Use recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

You'll be an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in finding exceptional technology talent.

You will bring:

• Proven experience recruiting within the IT or Technology sector.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent and contractor hiring.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to avoid any agency reliance
• Experience recruiting IT Software Testing, QA, Cyber Security or Digital professionals would be highly desirable
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of right-to-work legislation, and current recruitment best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to talent pipelining and workforce planning.
• Experience creating engaging recruitment campaigns across social media.
• A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Previous experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition or RPO environment would be advantageous.
• Experience recruiting Software Testing, QA, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, or Digital professionals would be highly desirable.
