agap2 Belgium in Brussels offers a recruitment internship where you will work closely with our Business Managers and candidates to support the entire recruitment process.

You are a final-year student or recent graduate with strong English and French/Dutch skills, plus interpersonal and organizational abilities. This hands-on role provides real responsibilities and rapid skill development in recruitment and business.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate (bachelor’s, 3rd year minimum or master’s degree).
• Good level of English and fluent French and/or Dutch.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and can-do attitude.
• Willing to take on challenges with high sense of responsibility.
• Hands-on internship with real responsibilities.
• Rapid development of recruitment, communication and business skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze recruitment needs across our different business sectors.
• Write and publish attractive, targeted job offers.
• Source engineering profiles through various recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and match candidates with relevant positions, including unsolicited applications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Participate in job interviews.
• Follow up on recruitment processes and candidates.
