Henkel is offering a full-time internship program in Belgium for 6 months starting January 2027, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Campus Management, and Employer Branding within the Benelux region. You will recruit interns, manage onboarding activities, and represent Henkel at universities while collaborating with international colleagues.

The role requires student or fresh graduate status in business, economics or HR, excellent English and French, with Dutch a plus, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Student or Fresh Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management or related
• Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English and French, with Dutch being an advantage
• Great attention to detail and strong communication and planning skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee the complete process of interns’ recruitment: gather needs, draft vacancy texts, post and analyse applications, drive first screening calls, share feedback to hiring managers
• Be the HR ambassador within the internship community, organize monthly activities and support intern onboarding and offboarding
• Support Employer Branding by attending university events in Belgium and participate in HR projects related to candidate experience, diversity and inclusion
