Henkel Belgium offers a full-time internship within the Sales team, allowing you to own projects and work with Trade Marketing and Marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in DIY stores, bookstores, and supermarkets while supporting field deployment and promotional planning.

Ideal candidates are studying Economics or Business, with strong English and French or Dutch language skills, and a keen entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support Head of Field with Belgium Field Force deployment and data accuracy.
• Develop and improve sales speeches for the Field Team in Belgium.
• Assist Key Account Managers in promotional plans and daily tasks.
• Analyze sales data, prepare product information, respond to requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create tools for stores and e-commerce.
• Participate in cross-functional projects in a dynamic, international setting.

What you´ll do

• You support the Head of Field in implementing the deployment of the Field Force in Belgium (e.g. managing accurate customer databases)
• You develop and ensure the creation and improvement of sales speeches for the Field Team in Belgium.
• You support Key Account Managers in their promotional operational plans and assist them in their daily activities.
• You analyze and evaluate sales figures, prepare product data and respond to content requests.
• You take on ad-hoc tasks that require flexibility and adaptability throughout the internship.
• You collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to develop impactful tools for use in chain and independent stores.
• You also play a supporting role within the e-commerce Sales team, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.

What makes you a good fit

• Academic background in Economics or Business Studies, and affinity for sales.
• Enthusiastic, driven, and hands-on personality.
• Strong communications skills, entrepreneurship, & ownership.
• Advanced in English, and fluent in French or Dutch.
• Available for 6 months, starting in January 2026, and eligible to work and stay in Belgium.
