Nestlé Belgium is offering a 6-month paid internship in Brussels, with offices in Brussels and homeworking. You will join the Campus Recruitment team to support the recruitment of over 20 interns across Nestlé Belgilux brands.

You will help shape Nestlé’s Employer Branding, represent the company at career events, and gain hands-on HR experience from day one. This role suits someone who enjoys engaging with people and working across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with strong English.
• Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR/Management/Business Administration or related field.
• Trustworthy with high ethics, integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and structured work approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support full recruitment journey for over 20 interns.
• Post job offers, screen CVs, interview applicants.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout recruitment process.
• Coordinate administrative follow-up and weekly vacancy overview.
• Assist with intern experience development and employer branding initiatives.
