itsme® is seeking a hands-on System Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team in Belgium. You’ll work at the crossroads of IT support, network infrastructure, automation, and cloud services to keep systems running smoothly and users supported.

The role emphasizes scripting, automation, documentation, CMDB integrations, onboarding/offboarding, and managing access rights, with a focus on UniFi/WatchGuard-style networks.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT support L2/L3 or System Administrator roles.
• Strong scripting and automation abilities.
• Fluent English with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.

We’re looking for a hands‑on System Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. You’ll work at the crossroads of IT support, network infrastructure, automation, and cloud services. Your role is to make things happen behind the scenes: keep systems running smoothly, support users effectively, manage network components such as access points and firewalls, and continuously improve processes through scripting and automation wherever possible.

What your job looks like

• Manage and optimize the Entra ID and Intune.
• Maintain secure environments through conditional access, MS Defender/DLP, PIM.
• Script and automate recurring tasks wherever possible to scale the environment efficiently and reduce manual workload.
• Ensure documentation stays up to date when changes are applied and that completed projects are properly documented.
• Help administrate and maintain the configuration management database and create integrations towards other systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (hardware, software, access).
• Manage IT hardware ordering process.
• Manage the granting, removal and maintenance of access rights.
• Assist employees with the configuration of the applications supported by the company.
• A master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated (5+ years) ability in an IT support L2/L3, System Administrator role or similar experience.
• Strong IT support background.
• Solid scripting skills, with the ability to automate operational and administrative tasks where possible.
• Experience with automation, infrastructure-as-code, and process optimization.
• Comfortable with both technical and administrative tasks.
• A flexible, team‑oriented attitude, with the ability to add value across different topics and manage projects from start to finish.
• Manage office network infrastructure, with a strong focus on access points and firewalls such as UniFi and WatchGuard.
• You speak and write fluently English and full proficient of French or Dutch

Great to have

• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, or related frameworks.
• Certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, or AI-900.
