itsme® is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to shape the UX for our 8+ million-user platform. You will work with product managers, developers, and researchers to create intuitive, accessible designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Digital Product Designer or similar role.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team while also demonstrating the ability to independently manage your workload.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Profound knowledge of mobile-first design patterns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, including mobile app design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe CS and Figma.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationalize cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to shape new features from concept to launch.
• Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders across all levels, including leadership and development teams.
• Contribute to the overall product experience and long-term design vision.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive, and engaging designs.
• Create wireframes, wireflows, and high- and low-fidelity prototypes (primarily in Figma).
• Ensure consistency with our design system while driving innovation where appropriate.
• Identify gaps in the design system and build new or updated components.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, together with our (external) UX research partners, to inform and validate design decisions.
• Leverage user insights and data to guide and support design choices.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals.
• Work closely with product managers and functional analysts during the feature refinement phase to ensure all business and user needs are clear.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure high-quality execution of designs.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in UX/UI, product design, and user behaviour.
• Apply meaningful placeholder copy in designs to support copywriting.
• Design with accessibility in mind, ensuring compliance with European Accessibility Guidelines.

As a Senior Digital Product Designer (UX) at itsme®, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for its more than 8 million users. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketerrs, to create intuitive and accessible designs that meet the needs of our users.

What your job looks like
