Job summary

C3REP is seeking a Sustainable Real Estate Project Manager in Belgium to lead end-to-end development from purchase to completion. You will drive quality, returns and sustainability across logistics and industrial sites while coordinating with contractors, authorities and investors.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering, real estate or equivalent and at least 3 years of project management experience, with fluency in Dutch and good knowledge of English or French.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Experience overseeing projects from purchase to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and budget awareness.
• Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English or French.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and renovation projects for logistics and industrial sites.
• Maintain contact with contractors, architects, local authorities and investors.
• Monitor cost, planning and quality compliance.
• Integrate sustainable technologies (solar panels, charging stations, battery systems) into projects.
• Report progress and performance to management.
