Colliers Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial real estate projects from A to Z. You will coordinate between occupiers, owners and development teams, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong communication, and hands-on supervision of design, construction and hand-over activities across multiple projects. A focus on sustainability and client satisfaction guides daily work.

Qualifications

• Education: architect, civil or industrial engineer construction or electromechanics.
• Experience: +8 years of relevant project management experience in real estate, construction or engineering firms.
• Knowledge: extensive building techniques incl. HVAC, electricity, sanitary.
• Nice to have: Breeam/Well/Leed sustainability labels.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage client and internal Colliers resources (ASMs, interior architects).
• Manage RFP process and assist client in selecting design teams and contractors.
• Coordinate architectural and technical fit-out works via weekly site meetings and visits.
• Supervise construction process for renovations or new builds.
• Assist the client in hand-over before building use.
• Ensure project stays on track regarding scope, timing and budget.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to win potential clients for Colliers.
