C3REP in Belgium seeks an Investment Analyst to join the deal team, identifying, analyzing, and monitoring new opportunities. You will be closely involved in investment decisions and portfolio management.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in economics, finance, real estate or related field, 1–3 years in related roles, and strong Excel/financial modeling skills. Interest in sustainability and real estate development is a plus.

As an Investment Analyst, you'll be part of the deal team that identifies, analyzes, and monitors new opportunities. You'll have the opportunity to be closely involved in investment decisions and portfolio management.
Market research into trends in urban logistics and light industrial real estate.
Prepare financial models and perform due diligence.
Analyzing risks, returns and valuations.
Reporting to and collaborating with management and investors.
Supporting asset management and the implementation of sustainable innovations.
Master's degree in economics, finance, real estate or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, real estate or private equity is a plus.
Excellent analytical and Excel/financial modeling skills.
Interested in sustainability, renewable energy and real estate development.
Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
