Volvo Trucks Belgium & Luxembourg seeks an experienced Real Estate Manager responsible for end-to-end Real Estate agenda across wholesale and Truck Center network.

You will develop strategy, governance, and drive digitalization, efficiency and data-driven decisions while collaborating with Truck Center Managers and senior teams.

The role emphasizes finance discipline, strong contracts, and delivering reliable real estate solutions that support Volvo's sustainable transport goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading Real Estate/Facilities in a complex environment.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Real Estate agenda for Belux.
• Develop Real Estate strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Establish governance with clear ownership and processes.
• Oversee property transactions, leasing and major projects.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and service providers.
• Partner with Truck Center Managers to translate needs into solutions.
