TMC Belgium is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to enhance supply chain performance, improve visibility and tackle tactical and strategic planning challenges.

You will work on forecasting, procurement, and production planning, identify risks, and contribute to ERP/SCP tool implementations, while leading process improvements on client projects.

Qualifications

• Master degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• Fluency in English with Dutch or French is expected.

As a Supply Chain Specialist at TMC, you’ll work closely with our partners to enhance supply chain performance, improve visibility, and solve tactical and strategic planning challenges. You’ll be able to bring your expertise into dynamic projects in industries such as high-tech, pharma, energy, transpiration and more!

• Support and improve forecasting, procurement, and production planning
• Identify and reduce supply chain risks and inefficiencies
• Contribute to ERP/SCP tool implementation and optimization
• Analyze supply network performance and define KPIs and dashboards
• Act as a process expert or project lead within client operations

What we expect from you:

• Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 1–6 years of experience in supply chain roles
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and tools, SAP ERP
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English AND Dutch OR French
